Mack Sterling founded MWS Consultants in 1986. As an Environmental Consultant, Mack trained Emergency Responders and ensured companies, conducting oil-related business along the coast, maintained compliance with EPA, FDA, OSHA, TGLO, USCG, DHS and other regulatory agencies. He considered himself a friend and an advocate of the businessmen in the Port of Brownsville, the Port Isabel-San Benito Navigation District, and Port of Harlingen. On February 7, 2014, Mack was honored with a Proclamation from Texas General Land Office Commissioner Jerry Patterson commending him for his years of commitment to the environment of the Texas Gulf Coast.
Having represented clients all over Texas, Oklahoma, Louisianna, Florida, and New Jersey, his efforts helped many businesses focus on production and realize their potential.

Frank Cunningham
With a career in construction that started in the summer of 1985, Frank went on to serve the Naval Construction Force (Seabees) and developed sites in the Far East. His experience would reveal an aptitude for streamlining operations and increasing production for clients worldwide.
After several years in Austin, Texas, leading multifamily and residential construction, Frank joined MWS Consultants/Saint Claire Group, Inc.
During his tenure, Frank designed and executed the plan to restore the Bahia Grande wetlands. Since then, he has been integral to the growth of clients' operations in different industries served by SCGI.

Genny Sterling
As Director of Training, Genny has over 30 years of education experience. Her enthusiasm and focus enhance her team building skills. Genny's ability to build confidence in individuals has made her a venerable leader.
While working with the Kuwait America Foundation, Genny led the nation in a campaign against violence among middle school students resulting in legislation against school bullying and rating requirements for video games.
Genny holds high standards and ensures the curriculums presented exceed industry standards.

Jessica Banda
Since 2006 Jessica has served as Human Resorces Director and Product Controller. She is an outstanding communicator with the ability to keep all members of a chain of command connected.
With an MBA from UT, early in her tenure, Jessica developed and executed plans to track clients' products that were new to the industry and guaranteed quality without compromising logistics and cost.
