Compliance

From break-rooms to restaurants, offices to industrial parks, medical, industrial, construction, and transportation, 80% to 90% of companies in any industry fail to make an honest effort to comply with federal, state, or municipal regulations or best management practices.

In 2020 we witnessed restaurants boast about cleaning methods that have been a part of the industry long before the mandates of a pandemic.  Prior to 2019 these standards were rarely followed or enforced without having first been initiated by a complaint, recorded illness, or the occasional disgruntled employee.

Even of those companies who strive to be in compliance, 100% of businesses are in danger of an audit resulting in a 'Notice of Violation' or fine.

In the case of a restaurant, the salon and kitchen may be pristine, and upon further inspection the walk-in coolers, storage, or gear lockers may be a hazard all their own.  And the lack of attention in these areas will most certainly guarantee unwanted attention in the press.

Regardless of the business and no matter how well it presents itself to the marketplace, surviving an audit comes down to one area alone... documentation.

If it is not documented, it did not happen.

Let us provide the documentation necessary to reinforce the actions taken by your company.  We can help implement strategies that empower your employees or we can conduct the audits and training, and maintain the records for you.
